Responsibilities

  • Help customers and technicians identify and order the correct parts.
  • Recommend additional parts and solutions to boost service and sales.
  • Maintain accurate inventory.
  • Keep the parts department clean, safe, and organized.
  • Build customer trust through knowledgeable support and professional service.

Qualifications

  • Familiar with forklift and other equipment (or willingness and ability to learn quickly).
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Microsoft Office and inventory platforms (training available).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Polite, professional, and able to work respectfully with a wide variety of personalities.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Ability to occasionally lift heavy parts (up to 50 lbs.).
