Responsibilities
- Help customers and technicians identify and order the correct parts.
- Recommend additional parts and solutions to boost service and sales.
- Maintain accurate inventory.
- Keep the parts department clean, safe, and organized.
- Build customer trust through knowledgeable support and professional service.
Qualifications
- Familiar with forklift and other equipment (or willingness and ability to learn quickly).
- Comfortable using computers.
- Microsoft Office and inventory platforms (training available).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Polite, professional, and able to work respectfully with a wide variety of personalities.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Ability to occasionally lift heavy parts (up to 50 lbs.).
