This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing communications, organizing files, coordinating meetings and travel, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls and email correspondence.
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files.
- Provide support to employees and managers with various administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
